The Care Dynamix Health Risk Assessment (HRA)
The Care Dynamix HRA is an evaluation tool that assesses an individual’s current health condition based on
the output from the answers to a detailed questionnaire, and then combined with results from health
screenings.
The output, which is sent both to the individual as well as to the company (on a group basis), contains
results and descriptions of participants’ health risks and how their lifestyle may be effecting their health
and consequently their work performance and likelihood of missed work days and increased medical costs.
Should the individual be at risk, the HRA recommends behavioral changes that lead to decreased risk of
chronic disease.
