About Care Dynamix Inc
Based in Atlanta, Care Dynamix was founded in 2002 when a practicing family care physician identified the
need for high quality, affordable, preventative health care that was based on convenience, no matter the
location or time. Focusing on the highest quality healthcare, Care Dynamix, under the leadership of Jim and
David Greiff, expanded nationwide initially through its Flu Busters subsidiary (www.flubusters.com) that
specializes in on-site influenza (flu) vaccinations in schools, corporate, retail and government sectors, and
for the 2009 season conducted thousands of clinics across the country.
The company also has an expansive offering of other preventative healthcare services to offer clients,
including immunizations, a variety of health screenings, drug screening and the Care Dynamix Health Risk
Assessment.
One of the catalysts for the growth of Care Dynamix and Flu Busters was the 2008 contract signed with the
National Parent Teacher Association (PTA), making Flu Busters the exclusive provider of on-site vaccinations
for its member schools across the country.
Also in 2009, Care Dynamix accepted an investment from HIG Ventures, an experienced investor in the
healthcare services field and an affiliate of HIG Capital, which has over $7.5 billion of capital under
management. This funding further validated the industry positioning of Care Dynamix and its focus on
preventative services.
Our business model remains consistent with its family-run origins: Care Dynamix still recognizes the
differing requirements between clients, and consequently tailor our programs to meet the specific needs of
each. Care Dynamix also provides all clients with a dedicated Account Manager and Customer Service
Representative, a team of two that will work in concert with each site contact for the optimal preventative
healthcare event outcome.
